Arina Rahman from Malaysia – frequent Malmö visitor

Arina Rahman is a skater from Malaysia that turned up in Malmö during spring 2010. Arina is a very talented transition skater that shreds pools, vert, miniramps and even minimegaramps. This year he is back again and he is hotter than ever!! Enjoy the interview!
1. Name, age where you from?
- My name is Arina Rahman, 19 years old and from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
2. How long have you been skateboarding?
- I been skateboarding for 7 years now.
3. How is the skatescene in Maylaysia?
- Not many use skateboard and its something difference for us from Asia but its getting better. Some skaters make it happen with web, magazine, filming and young kids start to skate. I mostly skate at Mont Kiara Skatepark in Malaysia, mostly just skate tranny and some vert ramp.

5. Why do you come to Malmö to skate and hang out?
- Malmö is a really nice city, skateboarding is happening here with D.I.Y, Bryggeriet, Stapelbäddsparken and all the other nice skateparks. Very nice people also.
6. Tell us about Triangle skate?
- Trianglesk8 is webside that we update what happening in Malaysia skateboarding and friends.
7. Top 3 favourite skaters?
- Rune Glifberg, John Magnusson, Omar Hassan
8. What do you do when not skateboarding?
- Sleeping
9. Tell us about Boarderline last summer?
- Really nice experience to skate and dance at the same time and I am enjoy doing it.
10. How long will you stay in malmö this year?
- Whole summer
